TRACKING
Black Oak is equipped to track basic whole bands (drum kit, bass, guitars, keys, and vocals) at once, or track individual instruments at a time.

MIXING
Once the project is "tracked" the next process is mixing. Mixing is where the project is refined and begins to sound more like your favorite songs on the radio. Black Oak not only mixes projects tracked here at the studio, but also accepts remote projects for mixing & mastering.
MASTERING
The Mastering process is the final step in a recording project. Mastering is what makes a song into a deliverable work of art ready for media outlets.

Michael Young is the owner of Black Oak Recording. Michael is a producer, songwriter & audio engineer with more than twenty years experience and has apprenticed under Grammy Award winning, hit songwriter, Joe West.
